You can return items to HungaHouse if the items are damaged, faulty or you have received the wrong item(s). You need to return unopened items back to our address within 14 days to receive a full refund and pay for the return postage yourself.

If you are not present to receive your order, Royal Mail should leave an attempted delivery card which will give you the option to either have your order re-delivered or collect it from a local depot.

If your order is received before 3.30pm it will be sent out for delivery on the same day. You should allow 1-3 days for first class delivery on Royal Mail orders. If you have ordered from overseas, then the timeframe for delivery can vary. Usually, you should expect to receive your order within seven days, but this can be affected by custom delays etc.
